Payment:
30 % of the amount of the stay to be paid on booking by bank transfers, Visa card or MasterCard or Western Union mandate, the balance settlement to be paid the day of your arrival to Siem Reap in cash or by Visa Card or Master Card.
Plane tickets have to paid on booking
For the cruises 30 % of their total amount on booking, the balance settlement have to be paid 3 months before the departure.
(All the deposits of cruises not paid within a week entail the cancellation by the company which manages these cruises).
Cancellation:
More than 30 days before the arrival in Cambodia: $40 us / per pax
From 30 to 21 days before the arrival in Cambodia: 20 % of the total
From 20 to 08 days before the arrival in Cambodia: 50 % of the total
From 07 to 02 days before the arrival in Cambodia: 70 % of the total
Less than 02 days before the date of arrival: 90 % of total
Non attendance at the arrival date: 100 % of the total
Responsibility: WORLD ANGKOR MULTISERVICES cannot be considered responsible for any loss, wound, damage caused by any outside element or by force major. Any additional spending (expense) due to a delay, an accident, a natural disaster, political action must be supported by the customer.
